Tori + Jeremy’s offbeat wedding was absolutely amazing! The day felt so incredibly intimate despite the large gathering of friends and family present. They had a gorgeous outdoor ceremony in at Lafayette Square Park, and a unique indoor reception and dinner followed by rooftop dancing under the stars. This offbeat wedding at ANEW in St. Louis was fun and full of life!
I met them in the morning for getting ready portraits, and was so happy to be able to spend time with each of them.
The ceremony took place at a local park in St. Louis, and we ended the night at ANEW, one of my absolute favorite wedding reception venues!
They’re currently city people living in St. Louis, Missouri, but grew up in rural areas. It’s no surprise that they incorporated elements of the outdoors into their day.
From the dark greens in their details and getting ready rooms to the beautiful outdoor wedding ceremony at a St. Louis city park, it felt like the perfect blend of earthy and urban.
Their style is definitely classic with an edge, and they put so much thought and care into all of their wedding day plans.

Jeremy’s fave memory of Tori:
My favorite memory was the first time I went to kiss her! I was on cloud nine 🙂 I fell in love right at that moment. Her lips felt like nothing I’ve felt. I had to have more and I wasn’t going to stop until they were all mine!
Tori’s fave memory of Jeremy:
Vacations we’ve been on together, late nights on the beach playing with family. But, one of my favorite memories is when we first moved into our house in Kansas. I loved that home and we really were in a good place – that’s the house we decided to get married in, that we really grew as a couple.
The definition of a great offbeat wedding?! Look above! 😉
The ceremony took place at Lafayette Square Park in St. Louis, and it ended up being a beautiful day. It was private and full of sweet + funny moments. We took bridal party portraits in the park after the ceremony, and then got ready for the rest of the party!
If you’re into the outdoors but still want to get married in the city, Lafayette Square Park is one of the best places to get married in St. Louis.
The reception was at ANEW, which I was so excited about, because it’s one of the best St. Louis wedding reception venues! It’s got a great indoor space, with floor to ceiling windows and plenty of table space. There’s also an amazing rooftop where Tori + Jeremy had their first dance to a live band under the night sky.
ANEW is one of my favorite St. Louis wedding venues – it has amazing ambiance, great light, and a beautiful rooftop for your reception!
These two are the absolute sweetest together. They were so loving to each other all day long, and they have such deep respect for the other. Tori told me that “Jeremy is kind to everyone he meets, he’s inspiring, and encouraging. He’s the hardest worker I’ve ever met and always stays positive no matter what life has thrown us.”
Jeremy said, “Tori has a great relationship building quality about her that I wish to embody and develop as we continue to grow. She always manages to stay in touch with her friends and family. She places other people first before herself and I love that quality about her the most. How she cares for people and not to mention how talented she is at so many things!”
Tori + Jeremy are so focused on themselves and on each other. I feel like that’s what it takes to not only host the best wedding ever, but to build an amazing marriage.
They’re both career focused, but are so intent to grow together and build a beautiful life and marriage together. I absolutely loved this offbeat wedding – not only because it was fun and had beautiful decor and amazing guests – but because it truly felt like a promise to do better together.
Tori + Jeremy – congratulations on an amazing wedding and thank you for allowing me to be part of it! xoxo
